The Bergen Health & Life circulation department gathers professional information from design professionals and other users applying for free subscriptions to the publication. Italicized questions in our online subscription form must be answered in order to qualify for a free subscription (e.g., the  month of birth). This information is used in the aggregate only to help the circulation department determine what percentage of the target audience is requesting and receiving the publication.
