Bergen Health & Life Cutest Baby Contest
Official Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility: No purchase required. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Open to Bergen County residents 18 years of age or older as of the date of this entry. Employees of Wainscot Media (including Bergen Health & Life magazine), as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter or win any prize(s). This contest is being held from January 13, 2010 to January 24, 2010. All entries must be received during the contest period. Only one entry allowed per IP address during the contest period.
2. To Enter: You must 1) enter your vote for Bergen’s Cutest Baby at www.bergenhealthandlife.com and 2) complete the entry form on that page. Your entry must be received no later than January 24, 2010. No correspondence will be answered. Bergen Health & Life will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or otherwise undeliverable entries.
3. Prizes: On or about February 1, 2010, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted. All decisions are final. The winner will receive one (1) gift basket courtesy of Bergen Health & Life magazine. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail. Prize(s) must be claimed no later than February 15, 2010. Prizes not claimed within such time will be given to an alternate winner. Prize(s) are not transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash prizes or prize substitutes. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prize(s).
4. Limitations of Liability: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and that the decision regarding the winner is final. Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless Wainscot Media, its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrants’ participation in this contest and/or entrants’ acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes.
5. General: Winners’ entry and acceptance of the prize(s) constitutes permission for Wainscot Media and any affiliates to use their name, photograph and likeness for any purpose of advertising and promotion without further compensation. Wainscot Media and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for any technical malfunction of any telephone or network lines, computers, servers, providers or software; any e-mail transmission failure; or entrants’ inability to enter the sweepstakes due to any technical problems.
