GRILL & CHILL FINAL RESULTS!

Grill & Chill in Cresskill was a major success this past Saturday, June 25th!

We hope that everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did! There were delicious samples, amazing entertainment and a double dose of grilling competition.

Bergen County's contestants definitely brought their grilling A-game. The judges savored every bite before making their final decision. Check out their creations:

First up, Mark "Cookey" of Park Ridge created his signature burger that was stuffed with savory surprises, including mushrooms, spinach, and smoked buffalo mozzarella cheese.

Next, Jennifer of Hillsdale wowed the crowd with her Tequila-Lime Pork Tacos. This dish was filled with the summery zest that the crowd was craving on a day as hot as Saturday.

Last up for the Bergen County grillers was Marc, also of Hillsdale. The judges had a hard time finding a flaw in his Asian Turkey Burgers. These melt in your mouth patties were topped with grilled pineapple and sesame ginger mayonnaise.

Ultimately, the expert panel of judges--which included Bergen Health & Life Magazine's Editor in Chief, Jennifer Vreeland, and expert food contributor, Cherly Slocum- selected Marc's Asian Turkey Burgers as the winner and his dish immediately advanced to the final round where it was placed against the 2 previous winners.

AND THE WINNER IS...

Congratulations to Marc! As both the Bergen County and Grand Finale winner, he went home with a Weber Grill courtesy of Reno's that is valued at $1,700!
